Begin at the beginning, and then go on

I have been thinking about changing the blog platform from Typepad to WordPress, for no good reason except FREE and also more or less public domain and again because I should learn how to use some of these tools better than I do. I am torn between adding some kind of shopping cart to the basic blog, and starting fresh over here with no backlog and no anything else either.

I probably won’t go anywhere, but I do like to test these ideas during January.
